No matter how many years or miles may separate you from campus, the UI Alumni Association is proud to serve as your gateway to the University of Iowa.

In 1867—just 20 years after the university was founded—a group of Iowa graduates gathered to create an alumni organization, noting that alumni would be eligible for membership "during their good behavior." And we've been going strong ever since. Through both innovative and traditional events and services and with effective communications that include an award-winning alumni magazine, the alumni association is committed to connecting alumni and friends with each other and with the University of Iowa.
