Jim Lewis (83BBA) Jim is recognized as one of the nation's leading experts on engagement. He is a self proclaimed "serial entrepreneur" having started several companies including Relationship Marketing in 1993, a nationally recognized One-to-One marketing agency. There he worked with a variety of Fortune 100 companies to help them create campaigns for more meaningful and profitable relationships with their most valuable customers and employees. His agency's clients included AT&T, Volvo, Novartis and several colleges and universities as well. He was twice recognized as an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist and has won numerous national awards for one-to-one campaign results. In 2012, he helped start Splashlight, an innovative total worker health management firm with a solution for what ails many American businesses—their injured and disengaged workers. In just the first three years, Splashlight saved one client over ten million dollars by reducing, predicting and preventing unnecessary workers' compensation medical costs. Jim is a 1983 graduate and recently served four years as the President of the Tippie Marketing Institute advisory board. He enjoys staying healthy with friends and his three children—especially on the golf course or traveling to warm locations for bowl games. Jim is an Annual member of the Alumni Association.
