Bruce E. Ringdahl
Bruce E. Ringdahl (89DDS, 94MS) graduated from St. Olaf College with a BA in 1985. He then attended the University of Iowa College Dentistry where he receive a DDS in 1989; the same year he married his wife Erika (89MD). He then went on to obtain his (MS94) in Periodontology. Bruce has been involved with many areas within the University of Iowa since the beginning as an I Club member in 1989 (Kinnick Society), member of UIAA (Directors' Club), University of Iowa Dental school fundraiser (Co-chair for class of 1989), The University of Iowa Foundation College of Dentistry Deans' Club, and the President's Club. He has also been a guest lecturer at the Periodontics department, College of Dentistry. He is also a season ticket holder for football and basketball since 1989, yet it's no wonder since "his parents and brother have benefitted from an outstanding education at the University of Iowa". Bruce credits the University of Iowa in launching their successful careers. Bruce and Erika have three children Shelby (22), Sydney (19) and Karson (16). Bruce has been self-employed as a Periodontist in Columbia, MO since 1994. Bruce and Erika are Director's Club Honor Circle members of the Alumni Association and UI Foundation President Club members.
