Beat State Week
Planning has already begun for Beat State Week 2010. If you have any ideas or suggestions, please e-mail leslie-jensen-1@uiowa.edu.
All week long, students pumped up the Hawkeyes before their match up with the Iowa State Cyclones on September 12—a victory for the Hawkeyes (35–3)! Each day was packed with exclusive events and prizes including a corn cob challenge, a free Beat State T-shirt, a clothing and blood drive, and more. Also, S.T.A.T. members and students interested in S.T.A.T. came to Hubbard Park to enjoy a free sandwich, courtesy of the UI Alumni Association.
