Dallas/Fort Worth IOWA Club-Grappling with Childhood Cancer with Gable

The Dallas/Fort Worth IOWA Club will host a special event, "Grappling Childhood Cancer with Gable," to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the University of Iowa Alumni Association. Former Iowa wrestling coach Dan Gable is the keynote speaker, and the event supports the TeamConnor Childhood Cancer Foundation.
Tickets, which include dinner and drinks, are on sale now, though a limited number are available. The cost is $75 per person or $700 for a table for 10.

There will be an auction and raffle featuring Hawkeye memorabilia, local sports tickets, and other exciting items. All proceeds from the raffle and auction go to TeamConnor to help fight pediatric cancer (donations are tax deductible). The DFW IOWA Club is proud to support TeamConnor through this event. Cancer kills more children each year than cystic fibrosis, muscular dystrophy, asthma, and AIDS combined.
