The Capital Area Iowa Club gamewatches have been held at the Crystal City Sports Pub at 529 S. 23rd Street, Arlington, VA (703-521-8215) for the past 15 years. A map can be found here .

Parking is all on-street, metered parking and can be tough to come by on weekends and big game days. The parking meters require change Monday through Saturday until 6pm, and chances are good that you will get a ticket if your meter expires. Fortunately, the pub is also conveniently located near the Crystal City metro station . (On the map , the metro station would be located approximately where it says "Crystal City Shops".)

This year we are pleased to sponsor another game watching venue -- The Public Bar in the DuPont Circle neighborhood of Washington, DC. Convenient to Metro's Red Line trains, Public is learning fast how much Iowa fans love their Hawkeyes!  A map can be found here.

The Public Bar is located near 18th and M, NW off of Dupont stops on the Red line or the Farragut West Stops on the Blue/Orange lines. There is some street parking available but it's recommended to take public transportation to avoid tickets.
