UI business professor Amy Kristof-Brown will explain the importance of working in an organizational culture that best meets your needs. With a doctorate from the University of Maryland, Kristof-Brown is the Henry B. Tippie Research Professor of Management and Director of the Ph.D. program in the department of management and organizations. Her research focuses on impression management in interviews and compatibility between individuals and their work environments. A widely published researcher, she received both the UI Collegiate Teaching Award and the UI M.B.A. Elective Faculty Member of the Year honor for her courses on Leadership and Strategic Management of Change.
