Best-selling author T.C. Boyle has earned legions of fans worldwide with his quirky characters and surreal plots that merge the hilarious and the deadly serious in an unforgettable fashion. A social and political conscience imbues many of his books, which explains why his novel The Tortilla Curtain—with its examination of issues of race, immigration, and environmentalism—was selected for the 2006 One Community, One Book project. As part of this community reading event, join Boyle for an informal and memorable evening in Iowa City.
T. Coraghessan Boyle, 74MFA, 77PhD |
T.C. Boyle is the author of 18 books of fiction, including his most recent novel, Talk Talk.
