Camera-Ready Requirements
Electronic files are preferred for all advertisements. All art needs to be submitted at a correct size and CMYK. If supplying a native file (i.e. Quark, Illustrator, or Photoshop) advertisers must convert to outlines, or include all fonts and placed files and burn to a CD. PDF files are acceptable in print quality output with all fonts converted to outline or embedded. Ads without one of the following will not be accepted: a color correct copy/proof or a black and white laser copy or fax for black-and-white ads. We will not proceed without a hard copy of advertisements. Also indicate the format and platform ads were created in.

4-Color
Submit an electronic file or 4-color separations (negatives must be 150-line screen, right-reading emulsion side down). COLOR PROOFS FOR 4-COLOR ADVERTISEMENTS MUST BE SUPPLIED BY CUSTOMER OR THEY WILL BE FURNISHED BY PRINTER AT AN ADDITIONAL COST OF $100.

Electronic files are preferred for any advertisement. All typefaces, graphics, and photos must be included on the disk.

Size Requirements:
Magazine trim size is 8 1/4 x 10 7/8 inches or 49.5 x 65.5 picas - add 1/4 inch on all sides for full bleed advertisements. No premium charge for bleeds.
