Artichoke Dip

Ingredients



  • 1 cup artichokes (1 can) - drained and chopped
  • 1 pkg. (8 ounce) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • chopped fresh parsley, to taste
  • garlic salt, to taste

Directions



  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Pour/spread into stoneware or crockery baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes, until the dip is golden brown and bubbly.
  4. Serve with crackers or chips.
