Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

1 cup artichokes (1 can) - drained and chopped
1 pkg. (8 ounce) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1 cup mayonnaise
chopped fresh parsley, to taste
garlic salt, to taste

Directions

1 - Mix all ingredients.
2 - Pour/spread into stoneware or crockery baking dish.
3 - Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes, until the dip is golden brown and bubbly.
4 - Serve with crackers or chips.
