Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 1 cup artichokes (1 can) - drained and chopped
- 1 pkg. (8 ounce) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- chopped fresh parsley, to taste
- garlic salt, to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour/spread into stoneware or crockery baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes, until the dip is golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve with crackers or chips.
