Classic Chili

Ingredients



  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped white onion
  • 3 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cans condensed tomato soup
  • 1 can (16 ounce) Bush's Best Kidney Beans (light or dark), undrainedv
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions



  1. Over medium heat, cook beef, green pepper, onion, chili powder, and garlic until beef is browned and vegetables are tender.
  2. Add soup, beans, vinegar, and cinnamon.
  3. Bring chili to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low and cook another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.


Note: Serve over corn chips or spaghetti and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and a spoonful of sour cream.
