Classic Chili

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped white onion
3 Tbsp. chili powder
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cans condensed tomato soup
1 can (16 ounce) Bush's Best Kidney Beans (light or dark), undrained
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions

1 - Over medium heat, cook beef, green pepper, onion, chili powder, and garlic until beef is browned and vegetables are tender.
2 - Add soup, beans, vinegar, and cinnamon.
3 - Bring chili to a boil.
4 - Reduce heat to low and cook another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.


Serve over corn chips or spaghetti and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and a spoonful of sour cream.
