Recipes - Sweet Potato Chili
Classic Chili

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped white onion
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cans condensed tomato soup
- 1 can (16 ounce) Bush's Best Kidney Beans (light or dark), undrainedv
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions
- Over medium heat, cook beef, green pepper, onion, chili powder, and garlic until beef is browned and vegetables are tender.
- Add soup, beans, vinegar, and cinnamon.
- Bring chili to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and cook another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Note: Serve over corn chips or spaghetti and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and a spoonful of sour cream.
