Ingredients
Base:
1 pkg. (18 ounce) sugar cookie dough (in tube)
8 ounces cream cheese
1 pkg. (4.5 ounce) Cool Whip
1 cup each of six kinds of fruit (suggestions: red and green grapes, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, kiwi, bananas, mandarin oranges, pineapple, peaches)Glaze:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
1 - Slice cookie dough in 1/8-inch slices and place on
lightly greased pizza pan.
2 - Press dough circles together to make crust.
3 - Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
4 - Cool crust.
5 - Cream cool whip and cream cheese, and spread over crust.
6 - Arrange fruit choices on top of crust.
7 - Put sugar, cornstarch, water, and juices in pan and cook until thick.
8 - Boil glaze mixture for one minute.
9 - Let glaze cool before spooning it over fruit.
10 - Refrigerate pizza at least 4 hours before serving.
