Pita Toasts

Ingredients



  • 2 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 6 pita loaves

Directions



  1. In saucepan, stir pepper and cumin into melted butter.
  2. Halve pita breads with tip of knife and open up into two pieces.
  3. Cut pita halves into triangle shapes.
  4. Dip pita triangles into butter mixture and place on broiler pan.
  5. Broil until crispy.

Note: Serve with Spinach Artichoke Dip.
