Special K Bars

Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 cup light corn syrup
6 cups Special K cereal
6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
6 ounces butterscotch chips

Directions

1 - In a large saucepan, melt sugar, peanut butter, and corn syrup.
2 - Gradually add the cereal, stirring until well coated.
3 - Pat mixture into a greased 9 x 13" pan.
4 - Melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips together in a small saucepan or microwave.
5 - Frost cereal bars with the melted chips.
6 - Refrigerate.
7 - Cut into bars.
