Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. chopped jalapenos
- 3/4 cup chopped onions
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 1 pkg. (10 ounce) frozen spinach (squeezed and dried)
- 1 jar (8 ounce) artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/3 cup half & half
Directions
- In medium bowl, mix all ingredients together.
- Pour mixture into buttered, oven-proof bowl.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips or pita toasts.
