Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients



  • 1 Tbsp. chopped jalapenos
  • 3/4 cup chopped onions
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 pkg. (10 ounce) frozen spinach (squeezed and dried)
  • 1 jar (8 ounce) artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/3 cup half & half

Directions



  1. In medium bowl, mix all ingredients together.
  2. Pour mixture into buttered, oven-proof bowl.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips or pita toasts.
