Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. chopped jalapenos
3/4 cup chopped onions
2 tomatoes chopped
1 pkg. (10 ounce) frozen spinach (squeezed and dried)
1 jar (8 ounce) artichoke hearts, drained
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/3 cup half & half

Directions

1 - In medium bowl, mix all ingredients together.
2 - Pour mixture into buttered, oven-proof bowl.
3 - Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
4 - Serve with tortilla chips or pita toasts.
