UI Homecoming
Next year's Homecoming falls on September 29, 2012, when Iowa takes on Minnesota. Check back here for more details in July.
Homecoming 2011 was a success! Thousands of alumni returned to Iowa City to reconnect with the UI, old friends, and former classmates for this year's festivities, which included the Homecoming parade, and concert as well as many college events and university-wide celebrations.
As a special benefit for members, the UIAA hosted a Homecoming Welcome Tent on the evening of the parade. Student Today, Alumni Tomorrow (S.T.A.T.) Ambassadors and UIAA staff members painted faces, served hot popcorn and cotton candy, and gave out a limited edition UIAA souvenir to graduates who updated their alumni records.
