Circle of Excellence
The Circle of Excellence medallion is awarded to the Ambassador or Ambassadors that the University of Iowa Alumni Association Advisor feels has gone above and beyond to bring new ideas, energy, programs, or excellence to the S.T.A.T. Ambassador group.
It is an opportunity for the Ambassador Advisor to recognize any outstanding individual(s) who shows extraordinary commitment to the Ambassador group, its members, and programs. This award is presented during our final meeting of each semester.
 
The 2009 Circle of Excellence Award goes to Brian Ecklund.
Brian Ecklund has always gone above and beyond for S.T.A.T. Ambassadors. Anytime volunteers were needed, Brian was there. In the past year, Brian was vital in the success of the Nearly Naked Mile and RiverFEAST. His positive attitude and hard work has been greatly appreciated.
