Advance Reservation Service
What's Happening:
The Iowa Voyagers advance reservation service gives a booking advantage to travelers who are serious about securing their space on a future tour. By participating, you’ll be able to make reservations before the trip booking date opens and the brochure is mailed to potential travelers, thus ensuring your space or preferred cabin category. More than 200 Iowa Voyagers have benefited from the service.
If you would like to make an advance reservation for a specific trip, contact us to do the following:

Request an available trip prospectus, which provides preliminary information such as the itinerary and price.

Provide your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, air departure city, category preference, and any other pertinent information for the reservation list.

Secure your deposit by giving us a credit card number or deposit check, which we’ll hold until the first day of open booking. On this day, we’ll contact you to confirm that you still want to take the trip. If you do, we’ll forward your reservation and deposit payment to the tour company operating the trip. The deposit is then processed by the tour company and your booking is confirmed.
If you decide not to book the trip anytime before or on the first day of open booking, just call us to withdraw your advance reservation. We never process your advance reservation or deposit without first contacting you to confirm that you still want to take the trip.
