CSI: Iowa by the Museum of Natural History

Was it murder or accidental death by drowning? Experts at the Museum of Natural History have been trying to solve that mystery since the remains of a prehistoric giant sloth surfaced in a riverbed in southwestern Iowa two years ago. The sloth sleuths who recreated the crime scene at UI Hospitals and Clinics earlier this year hoped not only to stir public curiosity about the rare find, but also to attract the attention of medical specialists who could help unlock the secrets of the bones.
